My wife and I have both had such a good experience with Pediatric Health Associates. We primarily see Dr Tang and he is great, but when we need to make an appointment and Dr Tang is not available, we have had wonderful experiences with all their doctors. They are very personable and give you advice based off of experiences they have had with their own children. We highly recommend this practice to any new parents. We always leave knowing we have the best care for our child.

I just wanted to share my recent experience at Pediatric Health Associates in Naperville. Honestly, from the moment I walked in, I felt so genuinely welcomed by everyone there. The staff at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful, and the nurses and providers were just wonderful. They really took the time to listen and made sure all my questions were answered. I came here yesterday with my twin daughters , one has autism and the other doesn’t. We had a difficult time with the check up due to some sensory issues and anxiety due to the anticipation of the shots. I wish I knew the names of the nurses who were doing the beginning part of the checkups and the shots because their patience is truly something to be admired. They were incredibly kind and didn’t give up on my kid which is not always something we find. Thank you so much to the nurses and the team at Pediatric health. We have dealt with serious ableism and cruelty this year which gives me a lot of anxiety and you guys gave this mother hope. You’re the care we need back in healthcare.

This is my favorite location to go to, it’s never busy. It’s always clean & the pediatrician is always on time. We’re typically the only ones in there when I’ve gone. I go out of my way to go to this location instead of a closer one. Second location I’d recommend would be West Chicago. I would not recommend the Naperville location, I’ve had to wait for over an hour multiple visits & it’s always really hot inside.

We have had nothing but positive experiences at Pediatric Health Associates. Dr Shoshara has done an Amazing job teaching my son how to manage his asthma. All the Doctors and staff are caring and helpful everytime we are there. It is so nice to know that when one of my boys are sick we can be seen same day at one of their offices. Dr. Gronli had been My girls doc. since they were born 13 years now. My oldest has grown and prefers a female doc now so we have doc Sunder. Both doc are wonderful! They take their time to listen and ask many questions to resolve instead of just going off with the first thing. They are never in a rush. I just love the fact that they always take their time!

Love this place. I schedule all my appointments via their app mostly, and for the sick appointments I just call in, yes there is some waiting time on hold but, i always get to see someone the same day if needed.Convenient location, we love Dr. Becky Smeraglinolo, and the NP Gubbins. They are just awesome!!

I don’t have words for dr Gronli that how amazing dr is he. He is never in rush with my son’s concerns he took almost about 45 minutes. He listen to all our concerns and answered. I always see drs barely spend time with the patients and always in rush. But never With dr gronli. He is a true dr that is really concerned about his patients and all the nurses are very helpful as well.Thankyou so much

We have two children that go to this office. Every doctor, nurse and office staff interaction we have had is positive. The doctors or nurse practitioner take the time to make sure all your questions are answered and you are comfortable.I’ve seen other people comment on the negative attitudes and quite frankly, I have no idea where that came from. We have never had an unpleasant interaction in well over 10 visits between my two kids.If you’re new to the area or looking for a new pediatrician, I would recommend this location.

Dr. Gronli is a fantastic doctor. I always appreciate the fact that he genuinely listens to all of your concerns. He’s so patient and caring. Most of the nursing staff are very sweet, and great with children.It’s always a hit or miss with the receptionists, they are either nice and attentive or rude and on their phones while you’re trying to make an appointment, or signing in.

We needed an immunization for school and couldn't get an appointment at our regular Dr in time. This office got us in and were really great. We had to drive a bit to get there and were really pleased that we did. The staff, nurses and Dr Gronli were fantastic. Highly recommended.

Dr, Tang is amazing and very knowledgeable. I took my son to different pediatric and all they care about is covid test but Dr. Tang always takes an extra step and tries his level best. I drive 2 hours to take his appointments where ever he is so this 5 star is only for Dr. Tang. Keep up the good work Dr. Tang.

Update : Looks like they have considered the complaints and reviews about the wait times and significantly improved in that area. The texting system to get in touch with them is extremely helpful with getting appointments/forms/questions. Crazy long waits even with appointment. Every single time same story. I saw a lot of reviews with the same frustration about the wait but looks like the practice simply does not care.

Dr. Nancy T Thomas is amazing! Very patient understanding and very well informed with getting referrals and other information for my sons needs, I’ve dealt with other doctors here before and they were always so negative, I’m glad I switched and stuck with her, she’s the only reason why I keep bringing my son here.

I have been going here for my child for three years now and we see Dr. Julian Tang. He is phenomenal at what he does. He listens to any concerns I have, while also providing me reassurance and education along the way! I appreciate the time he takes with my family. I never feel rushed, or dismissed and my kiddo actually enjoys going to the Doctor! Im very happy with choosing Dr Tang with my childrens medical care. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a provider here.

Our comprehensive services include well care, sick visits, lactation consultation, telehealth, and a variety of other services.

Our goal is to provide your family with the best pediatric care in the Chicago area. To limit the spread of sickness, we ask that anyone who is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 wear a mask. Symptoms include but are not limited to fever, cough, runny nose, fatigue, sore throat, and difficulty breathing. Mask use in our offices for those in good health is optional.
